Learn Korean Language KLT Test Tips

After you passed the KLT exam you will know that the POEA encoded your name if you saw your name on the above picture. and just an advice do not rush just keep waiting bec POEA will encode all the names of the passers and if you notice that your name was not yet encoded do not go to POEA what i did was i just add the POEA facebook account POEA ORTIGAS then i message them i tell them about my situation that my name was not yet encoded and then on the same day they encoded my name just do that follow up using fb account.

EPS-TOPIK

EPS-TOPIK in this line you will see your score and if you passed or failed as you can see my score is 46,to compute the sccore just divide it into 2 so my real score is just 23.

FAQ's about the score :

Q: Why my name is not on the list on the POEA's announcement but when i checked my eps account its says passed?

A: It does not matter if your name was not on the list of passers on the POEA list because sometimes encoder failed to write all the names on the list and i have friends with the same problem and now they already working here in south korea.

JOB SEEKERS ROSTER FORWARDING DATE

IN this line JOB SEEKERS FORWARDING DATE this is the time that POEA Forwarded your application to HRD KOREA as i said do not rush every application will be forwarded to HRD sometimes they need more time and in fact HRD korea has 14 countries to encode to. so dont get mad theres a process the good thing is you passed the exam. and if the process goes on you will see send on the current progress.

JOB SEEKERS ROSTER APPROVAL DATE

After POEA forwarded your application on HRD korea HRD will approved then so now your application will be visible on roaster and employer will be able to see your application it means you have the chance of being selected by the korean employer, and its has a validity of 1 year for example you are not selected by the employer and your approval is expired no worries then it automatically renewed by the site.

EMPLOYMENT PERMIT ISSUANCE

This is the time that a employer selected you EPI means you already have a Employer or boss they already selected you. And they want you to work with them :) happy? haha :)

STANDARD LABOR CONTRACT FORWARDING

Since you already have a Employer you also have a contract with your boss so now the boss will send the contract to HRD korea and HRD korea will send it to POEA. in this stage this is the most exiting part bec you will see soon what company will you worked on.

STANDARD LABOR CONTRACT SIGNING

After POEA recieves your contract it will set a date that will be announce on www.poea.gov.ph for the Contract Signing. On the Contract signing you will see what company you have and the salary and a lot more, the signing process is just YES or NO YES means SIGNED NO means DECLINE they will asked you one by one and they will also explains what will be the work in South Korea and you will now the Word 3D find out there haha. You can say No if you dont liked the Work or the company and what happened if you say No means decline here's what happened you will still have a chance to be selected on the roster but this time it's 50/50 thats the bad news.if you dont showed on the Contract signing it will appeared on your EPS account is DECLINE if you attended SIGNED so its better to checked POEA website every day. see picture below.

CCVI Issuance

CCVI means VISA your boss now process your VISA for you to come soon and work in the company lucky those who are picked early like in my case it was urgent but it took 5 months after i passed the KLT exam.

TENTATIVE ENTRY DATE

In this part you are really near to your dream work in south korea tentative date means on that date you have to be in south korea for example my tentative date is on 2014/11/05 or november 05 2014 it means i have to fly in south korea on november 04 2014 hope you get it guys november 5 is my arrival in south korea.there are some factors that your tentative date can be change one is if your boss changed it and the other one is if your not able to process all the payment on the POEA office but if i were you do it so because your boss might change their mind and look for other workers ok? :)

ACTUAL ENTRY DATE

Same as above mentioned but this time you already arrived in South Korea :)

EMPLOYMENT TRAINING

As you arrived in South Korea HRD workers will send you in the training center you will stay in the training center for 3 days the first 2 days was training about KOREAn LANGUAGE,SAFETY,BANK and a lot more. And on the 3rd day boss will picked you up and Go to the company :)

ASSIGNED TO WORK

HOW DO WE GET EMPLOYER IN SOUTH KOREA?

Before korean get a Foreigner to worked with them they will first tell the labor in south korea about the job opportunity and if non of the koreans applied on the job posted thats the time that they will get foreigners like us so just think we are so lucky if no korean applied on the job bec we will have a chance to work here in South Korea :)
